With the Exact 3D Configurator, any business can integrate a complete interactive personalization experience into its e-shop or website—without needing its own server or custom development.

The infrastructure, hosting, and 3D assets are provided ready to use.
The business simply manages its products from its own office.

How does a business obtain it?

The Exact 3D Configurator is available on a subscription basis, with three service tiers:

Starter Plan – For basic product presentations in a 3D environment.
Professional Plan – For full customization, real-time pricing, and material options.
Enterprise Plan – For large networks, factories, or brands with multiple projects, APIs, and multi-tenant infrastructure.

Each package includes a license, hosting (storage & traffic), and technical support, with the option to upgrade as needed.

How it works in practice

The architecture of the Exact 3D Configurator is modular and can be fully managed from each company’s office.

What we do

We receive or create the 3D models and UVs.
We program the models to correctly “read” materials, options, and functions.
We handle the rendering of parts (one-time) and the hosting of all rendered assets.
We provide a control panel for each customer, database connectivity, and a multi-tenant infrastructure.
We use pre-set lighting rigs, HDRIs, and compositing presets to ensure consistent quality without the need for secondary renders.

What the customer does

From the Control Panel, the customer:

He looks at the rendered models and determines which parts need to be changed (e.g., doors, backs, legs, surfaces).
It loads textures and maps (roughness, metalness, bump, tiling).
Creates material collections and assigns materials to each product.
Defines dimensions, default materials, variants, and categories.
It synchronizes changes with the e-shop’s database or its CRM.

Technical operation

All the “heavy-duty” steps (rendering, baking, UV mapping) are performed just once.
Changes to materials and settings are made on the fly in the browser, without additional rendering or delays.
The result is immediate, realistic, and cost-effective.
